    Very sorry to hear that. I believe Ive seen that url before, either on here for some free phpld templates. Did you try emailing the directory asking for a refund? Maybe it's just holiday slowness? Maybe give it another day or two.

    most likely he's busy because of the holiday season. it's normal around these days with everyone busy with family celebrations. He's been a respected dp member here and I don't think he's a swindler at all :)
    Even if your site doesn't get approved, he'll refund your money 100%. :)
