CautNasi is an online platform that connects future grooms/brides with godparents and vice versa. The platform offers complete functionalities: connection with godparents, chat and an integrated shop. The website is cautnasi.ro and we want to carry out a complete rebranding, starting with the new logo. For the visual direction, you are inspired by the modern and clean design of Google Gemini, the friendly and fun approach of Duolingo (especially the idea of incorporating a mascot in the logo), and the captivating style of ClassDojo. We want a logo that is friendly, memorable and conveys the idea of connection and community. The design must be versatile and work well both on the website and on other digital channels. We prefer a contemporary approach that attracts young audiences and reflects the interactive nature of the platform. Hi @gabimolocea I won in one of your logo design contest for logo "Pole Ophtalmologique Du Cotentin" (https://zignative.com/contests/zignatives-contest-17)and I already sent the logo files. However, to this day, you still haven't paid me for the contest I won $416. And when I visited my account in your website, in my wallet history it say like this Yet, I never actually received that money. I will always watching your activity in this forums.digitalpoint.com until you pay me for my winning design.
@BagusDesign sorry that happened to you and thank you for sharing this. You probably just saved me a lot of time
This contest was held on another website and chasing up the contest holder needs to be done over there.
Hi! Regarding the payout for @BagusDesign , I want to clarify how the platform operated at that time. When you participated, Zignative was in its early MVP stage, actively working to onboard new clients. To lower the barrier for host acquisition, the platform permitted clients to launch contests without upfront payment commitment. In that legacy workflow, Zignative operated purely as an intermediary without holding escrow funds, meaning final payments were meant to be settled directly by the Contest Holder. Since then, we have overhauled our process to protect both designers and contest holders while eliminating payment disputes: Current Safeguards: We retain the open-creation feature, but contests now clearly display a 'Pending Payment' badge. Escrow Control: A contest cannot move to the final handoff stage or release prize assets until the funds are fully secured by Zignative. We are also actively integrating automated payment features via Stripe and PayPal, which will be available on the platform very soon to streamline automated payouts. Even though your contest fell under the old MVP structure, Zignative has always honored its commitment to designers and made sure everyone gets paid for their work. To receive your payout of $416, please open a payment request directly from your account via our support chat. One of our operators will assist you right away to ensure your funds are transferred. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for being a valued part of our community!
I already ask a payment request long time ago (old system of zignative.com) once I won the contest (the logo already live here https://ophtalmologie-cotentin.com/) and now my wallet balance is $0 with a report money out is paid. But till today I never receive the money I requested. I also already use a support chat many times asking about my money, but admin of zignative.com never give me an answer about my money. I sent you several times a private message here in forums.digitalpoint.com, but you never answer my message. For now my wallet balance account is $0, how I can request a payout again? How?
@gabimolocea I think that's just an excuse to avoid the obligation of paying me my money. You are merely using the designers here for the sake of your work over there at zignative.com I will always blow up this issue whenever you come up with a new contest from zignative.com until I get my money. And because of you are the one who come up here with the contest for zignative.com, and I sent the logo files to your personal email, so you have a personal responsibility with my money
