Hey everyone, Wanted to share a tool I've been checking out that actually solves a real problem in the fitness space. The pain point: Most nutrition tracking is either tedious (weighing everything, logging into MyFitnessPal) or disconnected from your coach. You send a PDF meal log once a week, your coach gives feedback days later, and by then you've already been off-plan for half the week. What Avofy AI does differently: Photo-based logging — Snap a pic of your meal, their AI estimates macros automatically. No more searching databases for "medium banana." Real-time sync with your coach — They see what you eat as you eat it. Adjustments happen instantly, not at your next check-in. Built-in chat + adherence tracking — Your coach can message you in-app, and they get a dashboard showing who's on track and who needs a nudge. For coaches specifically: It replaces the Excel + WhatsApp nightmare. One dashboard, full visibility, better client retention. I pulled this from their site (avofyai.com/es) — they offer a 7-day demo, no credit card. They're also seed-funded and have verified coaches already using it. If you're a coach drowning in manual check-ins, or a client tired of food logging friction, might be worth a look. Anyone tried it? Curious about the AI accuracy vs. manual weighing.
This is the first time a nutrition tool actually sounds like it removes friction instead of just moving it around. The photo based macro estimation is interesting but that’s also the part i would be most skeptical about in real world accuracy. If it gets even good enough there, the coach sync idea alone could change how check-ins are handled.
