Hello, My site's earnings are low. Is it possible to change the language and earn? The site is in Turkish. The topic is house ads (ev elanları) Ev alqi-satqisi Houses for rent, house buying and selling(ev alqi-satiqisi), etc. Site: https://evonline.az
If your target market is people living in Turkey then keep it in Turkish. If your target market is wealthy foreigners looking to buy turkish property then change to the language the majority of them use (it might be German?) You want to reduce the "friction" that might put people off using your site, or returning to your site. Learn more about your existing userbase, and your preferred userbase.
Choose languages you really know. Don't make the mistake of doing translations with AI without understanding your search intent. Keep in mind that search intents are also based on culture and linguistical subtleties. Once you know which language you are targetting, try to recruit a native content writer to do the translation. Don't make english Ads if you're not targetting the good persona. Use href lang to tell Google to serve the correct page version to the correct audience, but once again, all depends on your goals.
The URL returns a 404 error (page not found), so I can't analyze your site. However, switching from Turkish to Azerbaijani (for a .az domain) likely won't boost earnings—focus on SEO, ads quality, and local demand instead
If your traffic is mainly from Turkey and Turkish-speaking users, simply changing the site's language won't automatically increase AdSense earnings. Earnings are usually influenced more by visitor location, advertiser demand, traffic quality, and user engagement than by the language itself. For a real estate site, you may see higher CPMs if you can attract visitors from countries with stronger advertising markets. However, translating the site only makes sense if you can also create quality content and rank in those languages. I would focus on improving traffic quality, creating more detailed property listings, optimizing ad placements, and increasing direct traffic before considering a language change. Has your traffic or CTR changed recently, or have earnings always been low?
If you are targeting foreigners especially from the UK or the US then the natural choice would be to go with English. If you are targeting other European investors I suggest using their languages as well but you will require a proofreader.
Switching to Turkish won't fix it because Turkey already has big real estate sites. So don't waste time rewriting everything. Fix your business model or get more traffic. Ads only pay well if you have lots of visitors.
