Our Legal and Investigative Services departments have been monitoring this person for patent and/or copyright infringement. Her inferior design is far from "perfect" and obviously not comparable to our professional solutions, but we will be vigilant about protecting our IP and may report her outlandish claims to the Federal Trade Commission. Functionality aside, her hair is a mess and she is wearing an ugly shirt; I don't understand how anyone would think that she could offer top notch tinfoil hat designs.

I always add Hellman's mayonaise on top just to give it that extra flavor.

    Italian Drunken Noodles

At first glance, one might wonder how Italian pasta met the Thai concept of ‘drunken’. Yet, it’s this very fusion that produces a plate bursting with spicy sausage, diverse peppers, aromatic onions, and the refreshing touch of basil—all subtly enhanced with wine.

Keyword: Drunken Noodles, Italian Drunken Noodles
    Prep Time: 20 minutes mins
    Cook Time: 25 minutes mins
    Total Time: 45 minutes mins
    Servings: 4
    Calories: 610kcal
    Ingredients

    8 ounces Uncooked Pappardelle noodles
    A dash of Olive oil
4 Spicy Italian sausage links casings removed
1 Onion sliced thinly and quartered
    1 ½ teaspoons of Salt
    1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon of Cracked black pepper
1 each of Red Yellow, and Orange bell peppers (all cored and thinly sliced)
    4 cloves of Garlic pressed
½ cup Chardonnay or preferred white wine
28 ounces of Diced tomatoes with juice
    2 tablespoons Chopped flat-leaf parsley
¼ cup Julienned fresh basil leaves divided for use

    Instructions

Begin with the Pappardelle noodles, cooking them according to their package’s guidance. Once perfectly al dente, drain and set aside.

In a spacious pan, warm up the olive oil. Here’s where the magic starts: crumble the spicy Italian sausage into the pan, letting each piece brown and sizzle.

Following the sausage, introduce the onions, letting them caramelize to a golden hue. Season with salt, Italian seasoning, and cracked black pepper.

Time for a color explosion. Add the red, yellow, and orange bell peppers. As they soften, usher in the garlic.

With the ingredients mingling, pour in the white wine, letting it reduce, before adding the diced tomatoes and the browned sausage.

As flavors meld in a simmer, finish off with a generous drizzle of olive oil, parsley, and half of the basil.

Marry the noodles with the sauce, ensuring each strand is beautifully coated.

Serving suggestion: Plate the noodles, garnishing with the remaining basil and perhaps, a sprinkle of parmesan. A drizzle of olive oil? Why not!

    Notes

A cast iron or Dutch oven amplifies the dish’s flavors, thanks to its heat retention.
If Pappardelle evades you, any broad noodle will rise to the occasion.
White wine sets the tone, but a red could bring a new note.
Not a fan of alcohol? Chicken stock with a hint of lemon zest can be your alternative.
Vegetarian? Skip the sausage, or better yet, embrace tofu for that Thai essence.
For the connoisseurs: making the sauce a day ahead enriches its depth.

This one feels like the ultimate comfort food:

    Prep Time: 20 minutes mins
Cook Time: 1 hour hr 30 minutes mins

    Calories: 533kcal
    Ingredients

Potatoes: 2.5 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes that’s around 8-9 medium-sized ones!
    Ground Beef: 2 pounds lean
Sweet Yellow Onion: 1 cup finely diced
    Garlic: 1 tablespoon minced
Cream of Mushroom Soup: 10.5 ounces Great Value brand is a good option
    Half and Half: 1 cup
    Onion Powder: 1 tablespoon
    Salt: 1½ teaspoons of kosher
Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon freshly cracked
Colby Jack Cheese: 3 cups freshly shredded and divided

    Instructions

Prep the Potatoes: Thinly slice the potatoes, about ⅛-inch thick, and immediately plunge them into water. This helps to keep them from going brown while you prep everything else.

Heat Up: Preheat your oven to a cozy 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside for now.

Meaty Matters: In a sizable 4-5 quart saucepan or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef, diced onions, and garlic over medium-high heat. Frequently stir and crumble the beef. Drain off any excess oil.

Sauce Time: In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, half and half, onion powder, kosher salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Stir until it’s all one big happy family.

Layer Up: Drain your potato slices. Place a third in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with a third of the meaty mix and ¾ cup shredded cheese. Drizzle a third of the creamy sauce over it.

More Layers: You’re not done! Repeat with another layer of potatoes, meat, cheese, and sauce.

Final Touches: Add a last layer of potatoes and meat. Douse with the remaining sauce and crown with 1½ cups of shredded cheese.

Bake It: Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then, unveil and bake for another 20 minutes.

Cool Off: Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving. Seriously, it’s lava hot!

    Notes

Assemble in advance and refrigerate if needed.
Feel free to keep potato skins on or peel them. Your kitchen, your rules!
Ovens are quirky; keep an eye on your dish towards the end.

Wow, that looks great! What are your thoughts on using meats other than chicken in this recipe?

I don't see why not. I'm guessing tuna would be really good. Or maybe ham? I wonder how beef would work probably just as good.

Your mention of tuna got me thinking of making this recipe as a seafood casserole with shrimp, scallops, etc. This is sounding really good. Thanks for the post and keep 'em coming. :)

I know this is a tad off topic but there is something wrong with my Donald J.Trump Model tinfoil hat. When I put it on this happened:
    1. I wanted to rename Greenland, Orangeland.
    2. I wanted to deploy Spartan warriors, Apaches, and the S.S. to Minneapolis Minnesota.
    3. I appointed Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein, and Charles Manson to the Gaza Peace Board.
4.I threatened Norway with invasion unless they gave me the Nobel Peace prize.
Is there anyway to fix it?

Well since Hitler, Hussein and Manson are all dead hopefully they are rotting in hell. As for Minnesota, I live here and would cheer and buy every soldier on the Apaches, Warriors and on the S.S. Minnesota dinner and drinks.
