Is Heaven real? Science may reveal where God’s eternal kingdom exists
    Where exactly is Heaven?

In the Bible, Jesus says where heaven is.

Scientists are always studying things to death and never concluding anything.

Take CERN for example. Supposedly, they are trying to find the smallest particle. There is no such thing. So either they wasted a sh*tload of money on that pursuit, or they're working on something else. I suspect the latter.

I'm a former believer now turned atheist and I believe that we cease to exist after death and that there is nothing after. But...I've been known to be wrong before and try my best to keep an open mind.

I remember getting into a very long discussion about this with an Australian who was an atheist too. I wasn't trying to convince her that there was an afterlife; she was trying to convince me that there wasn't.

But the way I see it is, just like when you're asleep having a dream and you don't know you're dreaming until you wake up, I think this world is like a long dream and death is like waking up from it.

Einstein described it as "an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

Let it be a surprise. Nobody actually knows, there's no proof, it's an argument you can't win.

I'm a good person and if there is a "judgement day" coming I'm hoping my actions speak for themselves. I wouldn't do anything differently if I knew there was some cosmic test coming up. If that's not good enough, then that's ok. Personally, I think the power cuts off and you're done.

I would love to believe there is a Heaven and a God and all that happiness and stuff but I just can't. My grandmother was a Deacon and dedicated her life to the church. All it got her was a week in a Coma and slow painful death. And when I look at all the animals out there that are mistreated, suffer and die I just can't think there is a god that allows that.

Judging by what’s happening in the world and where everything is heading, I don’t believe there is a Heaven somewhere. But hell already exists on Earth, and many people have been living in it for years.

Just to clarify, I'm not religious and don't belong to a church or religion. I don't believe God judges anyone. I do believe what's written in the Bible though.
Isaiah 45:7 explains what God is:

"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things,"

So to me, that implies that God is a neutral force in the world. It also says He's "no respecter of persons." So that's why bad things happen to good people, and vice versa.

But aside from that, scientists find it an important enough question to keep studying it and discussing it.

Someday they might be able to prove that consciousness is not in the brain, and exists outside of the body before birth and after death.

They probably shouldn't phrase the question in a religious context and keep it in a scientific context.
