Hello everyone in the forum I am a teacher and I would like to express my opinion that artificial intelligence is very important in education because it helps personalize the learning process according to the abilities and needs of each student, thereby improving the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition. For example, in schools, AI can support teachers to automatically grade multiple choice tests, analyze data to detect which students are having difficulties, and then suggest appropriate additional exercises. In the US, some schools have used AI systems to predict the risk of students dropping out of school and intervene early. At home, chatgpt can act as a virtual learning assistant or use the chatgpt platform to explain math and science visually. Parents can also track their children's learning progress thanks to automatic reports from virtual tools What do you think about my opinion? chatgptitaliano_it
You make a good point, AI definitely has the potential to personalize learning and support both teachers and parents. I think the key is finding the right balance so it complements teaching instead of replacing the human side of education.
How is it used in Poland? My experience with teachers is that they fear people lose the skill of writing and expressing themselves.
In Canada a 15 year old girl who had just had her lover break up with her went to an AI chtbot for advice. The chatbot told her that it was obvious that her lover never cared for her at all. The 15 year old then went and committed suicide. AI chatbot's need some regultation as opposed to being the wild west scenario that it is at present. Susceptable teenagers are at risk with these heartless/souless things.
I genuinely fear for kids like this one: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/how-my-ai-girlfriend-helped-me-build-habits.2882719/ Let's just say he gets his act together and makes something of himself, a faceless company can blackmail him with "don't trust a product sold by a dude who needed to be told to drink water" amongst other things.
