Im looking for someone who is able to take the picture I have of the shoe with roses and make it look like the example cartoon looking image. I want the cartoon image being held with hands as well. Im looking more of someone who is able to draw it on there own if possible rather then using photoshop to add filters. Im using this as a test as I have a project I need done asap. This version is the closest to what I'm looking for. Again, I'm looking for someone who can pretty much draw the image. I don't want a photoshop submission with just messing with filters. Again, I appreciate the submissions thus far
