I certainly can't - you need to check out which ones are relevant to your niche, are well maintained, aren't full of spam, actually get traffic, etc. What might have been well run last year might be neglected this year. Then again, articles are just fancy directories, scrap them and focus on social media. Tiktok is booming, get going on there.

Sometimes less is more - if the OP's competitors are wasting time submitting to poorly managed directories they'll get penalised and the OP won't. Do you have anything to back up your contention that submitting to directories is still worth the effort? Particularly in real estate where knocking on doors & drumming up listings might be a better use of the OP's time.

What's your goal in doing this? Submitting to directories is just a spam activity, even if you get the do-follow link for free, but it has no value.
