You need to become an established member which means that your posts have gotten three likes from three different established members. Once you achieve that status (which is not hard) you can go into the Buy, Sell, or Trade section where there is thread where you can sell websites.

 

I did it the easy way. I purchased the "Established Members Model" tinfoil hat. I had only 1 like at the time and presto! There I was a bonified full member!

But kudos to you for not constantly flogging your business, as some on here do.
