Offline POS solution

I am not sure if this is just rarer than a unicorn, or nothing more than an urban myth but here we go....
I am looking for a solution with an offline POS machine using 201 protocol with 6 digit authentication (offline) to transfer funds between cards. I have both the sender and receiver and both card owners are known to each other. POS machines themselves are obviously not hard to come by, but does a software/system exist that is able to complete this transaction.
Most of the posts / people I have found in this area are either looking for a reciever /sender to match their transaction, or scammers offering a machine/service that can only be considered scams. ( send me money without any proof machine works or even exists and I promise I will send it kind of deal).
I am not interested in scamming anyone or being scammed, just looking for some accurate information or a real solution provider.

All comments welcome, but hopefully we can keep any critisicm constructive. Thankyou

Your requirements would be really, really unusual. It's common to have an eftpos machine that dials up during the transaction but I don't think I've ever seen one that's truly offline - too much risk for the vendor and the bank.

I’d be very cautious with anything advertised as an “offline card-to-card transfer” using a POS terminal. Legitimate card transactions still need to go through an acquiring bank or payment processor, and a normal terminal can’t simply move funds between two cards on its own.

If both parties are known to each other, the safest route would be a bank transfer or a regulated payment service. Anyone asking for upfront money to provide a special machine or “201 protocol” setup is a major red flag.

Yes, exactly, you haven't seen anything like this just because it carries too much risk.
