Try creating your course on WordPress using one of the free Apps and upgrade when you are ready to sell, or try Master Class, it is not free but awesome.
Sell it on your own website. You can charge whatever you want for it and operate in a competition free zone when doing email marketing to your leads. If you're not a fan of this route, then host it on Amazon Kindle.
Honestly, I'd start there, learn the tricks of the trade, all the gotchas that right now you don't even know exist, build a reputation. Then fine-tune your course and self host.
