What is the max amount of $$ you can withdraw in your account (unverified) in 1 month (or whatever the limit is). Thanks.

I think it also depends on the country etc. For example on my account - I won't give them my SSN so they limit me to something like $500 or $1,000 a month. Fortunately since I don't move much business through that account there is no need for them to have my SSN

Chances are you will be limited to a certain amount unless you provide (more) information as requested per their TOS

It may depend on whether you have a Premier, Business or Personal account, but my account is unverified and has a limit of $500 a month.

I have a business account (it's fairly old, over a year with many positive transactions)

Also, if you have a lot of money in there, I recommend taking it out in small chunks. I think every time I have withdrawn more than $5,000 or so, they have frozen my account and asked for a bunch of stuff. Reguarless of whether you can provide the documents that they will want, it is a huge pain to get it all and send it to them. They definitely have some sort of flag for large withdrawals.

    Really? Thanks for the advice:)

Does $3500 chunks per month sound reasonable?

I have never had a problem withdrawing money, at any amount, even when in the xxxx or more range.

Now with their paypal debit card, so much easier to use to buy things.
Of course, they slapped a $500 a day withdrawal limit on me.

Will they notify you of any withdrawal limits? I'm kind of worried about getting my account frozen!

It depends on a lot. One - you should not have let that amount of money stay in there. I don't rely on Paypal for personal reasons but you need to read their user agreement. This should be for Canada.

    They have some information there
    that you should find useful.

Each country has its own policies in accordance to the banking regulations and Visa / MasterCard. I woud start though withdrawing a couple of hundred a day. And personally I also just keep one bank account only for Paypal. Although I have only had one issue with Paypal - the less information they have on me, the better

I've never had any limitations on my account that I know of. It's old and well verified now, but it was always very active. I've never had any issues withdrawing, from a few hundred dollars to amounts in the xx,xxx range.

The answer to your question depends on where you live, i.e. it varies according to your account type and your location.

I don't give Paypal my SSN regarding fear from the IRS. Paypal just does not need it. My SSN was created for another purpose - not for Paypal and not for what most other companies use it for today

    What is a good account?

My account is unverified with 50 positive transactions and it's about a year old.

I know you can only withdraw a maximium of $400/day with their ATM/debit card. :) I'm not sure about the amounts per month by check, but I would imagine unlimited if you had them transfer the funds into your bank account. :D
