What is the most reliable option to see if site has been indexed?

The GSC for one of my pages shows URL is not available to Google but if I copy the page's URL and put it in quotation marks like "123.com" and enter that in a google search I am seeing the site listed in the SERP.

Does that mean the site has been indexed and if not then which tool would be the most reliable to show if a site has been indexed please?

Yes, otherwise it wouldn't be there. But just to confirm, this is not a reflection on rankings. Rankings is a completely different ball game.

One way to check if a page has been indexed is to perform a "site:" search on Google, like this: "site:example.com" (without the quotation marks, and replacing "example.com" with your actual domain name). This will show you all of the pages from your site that have been indexed by Google.

Another way to check is to look at your "Coverage" report in Search Console, This report shows you the status of URLs discovered by Google on your site, and it can be helpful in identifying crawl errors and other issues that may be preventing some of your pages from being indexed.

Just give it a bit more time. Also send me your link privately, I will check it on my side. You never know it could be showing where I am at.

In the Indexing section you will find (Covarage - in old webmaster tools) under the name of Pages (for the new webmaster tools).

You should click the sitemap in the Search Console, click the sitemap again when it loads & check the indexing coverage from the sitemap. In old days ping sites were being used for fast indexing.

The best way to check whether your page is indexed or not in google, is you need to check the URL inspection tool in the google search console. You will get the idea of your page, if there is any error it will show. You can also try the Site operator to check whether your page is indexed or not.
