Quite a few private companies have dealings with governments and sell vaccines and masks, that's a lifetime deal for them.
I was lucky because COVID did affect my work and income. However, I know many collegues who had difficulties with the orders as many projects were frozen due to the pandemics.
More or less everyone is affected by the COVID-19. Due to the supply chain disruption, the manufacturing industry was hit by most.
Here in the U.S., the degree of business' pain depends on the politics and the hype. If you are in a "blue" state (i.e., leftist), your business is suffering from crazy lockdowns, the absolute, irrational fear instilled in low-information citizens, and other such machinations (see NY, CA, etc.) If your business is in a red state (i.e., conservative), it is still hurting, but nowhere near as bad (see FL, TX, etc.) Here, the "Great Panic" was brazenly used for dark political purposes and, therefore, has absolutely destroyed the credibility of the so-called "public health" bureaucracy who have been shown to just be another part of the corrupt "Swamp" much like the IRS, DOJ, etc. There is not much good news out of these circumstances, except, perhaps, that more people have now witnessed and understand the evil and corrupt intentions of the Swamp and its lackeys in the legacy media. Have we reached the tipping point of awareness? Not sure. The 2022 midterms will be the first real indicator of how that is progressing.
