Hello, I agree with the above as many of the tools listed are free.

With regards to paid tools the one I didn't see mentioned is called Webfire. Whether you are a beginner or advanced this tool will help you increase your exposure online, it will do a complete analysis of your website (regardless to how many you have and then tell you how to fix the issues it brings up).

It does far more but as your question is particularly related to SEO it sorts this issue out effortlessly and in detail. It will also help increase your websites rankings and tell you why you are not ranking in the first place, should that be your issue and then what you need to do to rectify this.

I'm using SEMRush Tool & Google Search Console is one of the best tools used to solve website technical issues. One of the best websites suggested tools.

 

I use ahrefs / ubbersuggest for quick KW research and auditing. Screaming frog for website scanning and a google drive to handle all the data I present in an audit. I also have a nifty data studio report template to provide instant Google Search Console info.

I think SEMRush and Google Keyword Planner are the most useful tools of SEO. You can use these two tools for your Website SEO.
