Contest Logo Design Contest - Quick One! 48 hours - $75 to winner

We have some new apartments called Rosewood Place Apartments.

Will pay the winner via Paypal or a credit card if you prefer - contest will end in 48 hours or less - would like the original large file, a pdf and a jpg/gif with clear background! Don't have a design in mind, so it is wide open, our buildings go from blue, grey, creme and brown, could incorporate a touch of dark red in there - I will comment as much as I can - please post all pics in the forum so the comments are fair and in the open for everyone rather than message me.

If I like one, I will pick it and end the contest early! I may pick more than one as well.

Sign example - 1st concept.

 

I am looking for more of a unique logo, picture letterhead vs the sign itself, so less on text, more on a design, I can make the actual sign work later with the logo.
You could call it Rosewood Place Apartment Homes if that helps balance the text portion. Hoping to find a logo with the blue/grey, tan creme and a dark red hint from the rose (rosewood even though not the flower) name, some more comments:

Chapps - Very clean, but looking for something more unique.
Pehulz, same looking for a more unique logo.
