    What sort of projects are you looking for?

    You'll have a different strategy if you're going for big projects that will last months and need a team of 6 than you will if you're looking for a project for one person that will last a week.

    You could look at freelancer.com guru.com and some of those other freelancing websites.
    I think freelancer has an Indian version too.

    By the way, what services do you provide in digital marketing? I might be looking to hire someone for some marketing work. You can start a conversation with me.
    And I also need some book covers made, could be in bulk.

    You misunderstood my reply.

    What sort of budget do you expect your customers to have?
    - some companies prefer to have a few clients with big projects, others are happy to lots of clients with small projects

    How long do you want projects to last? days, weeks, months?
    - months is great but cashflow can be difficult. smaller projects pay more frequently, but they pay less.

    How many staff do you have to keep busy?
    - if it's just you then you won't want to over-commit, but if you have a staff of 30 then you can afford to target a wider pool of potential customers.
