    I'm looking to get several banners made, the sizes will be listed below. It is for a web hosting company. The contest will last for approximately 72 hours.

    Banners must be HTML5 and not static.banners

    As far as I’m concerned, you can create HTML5 banners, which are responsive. The contest holder hasn’t mentioned GIFs on the brief.
