New techniques for SEO

After 3 years, SEO hugely changes because of core updates of google and new algorithm specially for health and care websites.
Before this happened, you got backlinks from many websites and use tags and meta keywords to increase your website keywords.
But Now
google has been floating algorithm every 6 month:
1st six month, backlinks would be important and next month, content would be important.
Another Key: when you publish an article you should have links and viewers to rank by google.
Do You agree?

 

Google filter always according to people activities ...... In SEO when backlinks were main factors for ranking then many webmasters put his site link to many websites (Did not care website is related to which theme). Many times i see also websites in past that ranking good for those keywords which are not completely related to those website ...... And so google filter some condition again that if you want to promote your website then you must have related contents (Not only meta tags, description etc only).

So i did not notice that six month backlinks are important and next month contents .... but can say that in both we need to manage good quality always ...... Means if getting backlinks so check twice site reputation and niche ..... and if getting contents then also check twice for duplicate and quality.

Backlinks and contents both are important in google eyes till now.

 

In Google webmasters Tools, i saw my websites clicks increase and decrease every 6month when google has core update.

 

Focus on EAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) especially if your project in health care niche.
EAT + Backlinks + Good site performance = really works in SEO

 

Backlinks have never been truly important. Sure, if some popular site mentions yours you may get some action, but the majority of sites people are trying to get backlinks from are not in the league to make a difference. The real player is and will always be your content. Google has stated this pretty much from their inception.

I do not agree with it because backlinks and content both are important for webpages ranking. There are many ways to rank webpages higher on SERPs without having backlinks or having only backlinks but no content. But those methods are spammy considered as Black Hat SEO. So, the best technique for SEO is to keep your website up to date, follow the webmasters or Search Engine guidelines, and optimize it for users as well as SEs.

 

Ask yourself this question, why would Google allow for this nonsense to go on? Tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of webmasters spamming the same edu, gov, etc. sites. Not cool. For every trick webmasters come up with there will be an antidote (updates).

 

It depends on competitors in SERM. Brian Deen (Backlinko) advise to check text volume on top 3 pages in google results (by your main keyword) and do more.
He calls it "Skyscreaper Technique" (Google it, if you interested. I can't post links here due to low user rank)

Do You think about long of content? Is it important?

 

Yes, long content is good. Definitely it better than short. But here is another question: How much long? In some case enough 400 words in other - 2000 words.
To get answer on this question you should check your competitors in top 3 Google results.

 

Backlinks are important as is fresh content. Search engines want to direct people towards the best results, so that they find what they are actually looking for.

This is not a 'quick fix', provide good quality content, update your website regularly and use good SEO practices and over time your website traffic will increase, so whether the algorithms change (which they do and most probably will keep on doing), good content is definitely king.

Backlinks and Quality website content both are equally important for the website ranking. After every 6 months, Google updates its algorithm. Google is keep updating its algorithms, as the SEO experts are becoming smart. As per my experience, quality backlinks with fresh content are always beneficial for your website.

1. Relevant,
2. Unique,
3. High Authority
Nowadays algorithm is change that is OK, but if you have great content with high quality backlink then google never penalize your website

 

I go the Unique Content, which is more likely the top effective way to get you the best results.

 

Sara, you are wrong, backlinks were, are and will be always important. It is their quality, that my very. But if you have quality backlinks, you can always count on them! Content without backlinks is nothing. It is simple, google think - if nobody links to your site, then your content don't worth it. It is that simple.
