@snaponsin...been 5 days since last update, did "Salon lady" ever get back ?

 

@technoguy...just curious on the motivation for the brush/paint art used in the background

 

No she hasn't gotten back.to me. All drawings are with her to review. So she is thinking about a conclusion on how the drawing should look like.
If any update, you'll all be informed.

 

Apologies guys! The contest is on pause for now because owner is in thinking mode and she will return when she is ready with her decision on how the drawing should be.

In the meantime, I have a new logo design contest coming up soon for a clothes brand company. So hang on for my update... thanks guys.

 

@snaponsin - IF that is the case, at this point with the amount of time and work that as been rendered it should be a decision for a WINNER...not how the design should be.

That is something you do before running a project not after solicite free work

There were already references (how it should be) provided by your client that plenty of work was provided for.

This happens entirely too much but than you want designers to do there part and invest time on original work.

This is ridiculous...You should not be starting any new projects unless guaranteed PERIOD or until a winner or compensation is provided

 

I can't agree less bro. Your Making sense, however the decision still lies with the client. Most of my designers here that have won several of my contests, know that I always pay when a winner has been identified. So for this project to go this way, was not how it was planned, but atimes shit happens

 

All I need is for you guys to chill. You can still do your other jobs ok. If any update come from her, you'll all be updated. Thanks and happy new month!

I'll be back as soon as I'm ready
Also just think I need to find a name that plays 100%.
So I also fight with
"My fine day" I do not think it will be the name.
I have received a number of suggestions, so “taste” right on them
