How are you Spending Your Time During the Pandemic?

A lot of my surroundings are complaining and bemoaning about how bored they are! "I have so much time that if I can turn it to money I would be a millionaire." One of my friends once said.
For me I hope I had more time, I'm trying to build multiple businesses online while working 8 hours a day on an SEO project which pays $200 a month! Redcilous pay I know, but what you gonna do sometimes every cent matters.
So what about you guys? Have you learned or done something new in the lockdown?

 

I am overseeing lots of renovations as of late....very frustrating endeavor. I've also been studying provincial landlord/tenant laws and statutes. I am beginning to sound and think like a lawyer these days.

 

I'm spending most of my time learning how to automate my social media activities and what limits there are.

 

My life has not changed that much during the pandemic. We've done just as much traveling, as a family, during the last few months as we always did. But then again, Florida is relaxed about the pandemic, so that helps.

 

From a work perspective, nothing much has changed. As a sales and marketing executive, I have worked a good portion of my career remotely, anyway. Because of our niche, our revenues have actually grown dramatically in 2020.

On a personal level, the lockdown has negatively impacted our entertainment activities. Restaurants were closed for months and are still quite limited. Other venues, such as theaters, museums, amusement parks, etc., have all been closed, for the most part. And, even if they are open, who wants to wear a mask for hours to take part in such activities? I fear that many of these options will never be the same or even return given the current insanity.

 

I started to do a cooking course, I've upgrated a lot my skills in cooking haha, I want to do foods complicated like this hahah

I need to learn that too since I'm going to have many social media pages! What you gonna do, marketing is key to success. Nowadays you need that online presence!

Nice to hear that! Here things are a bit... complicated. We can't travel between states, unfortunately.
I'm planning to start a petite brick and mortar business, a printing business more precisely, and I can't buy my machines because I don't wanna buy them online, at the same time I cant travel lol I need to wait I guess.

Nice to hear that your business did well, and yeah the lockdown pearlized almost every entertainment complex/activities which is annoying indeed. We are suffering from the same things here, the only thing is that I'm used to not having any entertainment activities (I live in a kind of isolated place.)
