    To get subscribers you are going to have quality content. You want something so good that viewers are going to want to subscribe because they want to see your future videos as soon as they come up. As far as views, make sure you are adding appropriate tags and doing keyword research on your video titles.

    Great content+High Quality+Consistent Content=Views/Subs.

    Most people fail because they spend no time planning their content. They also shoot on crappy cell phone video with no lighting and no editing. Then they aren't consistent at all.
