    don't know what it's for, but if you're looking for targeting theme simply move the word Operations
    where the "O" is the red dot, removing the dot that's center right. Then drop the word "Team"
    down to line up with the bottom right dot. Shrink "Team" to square it up.

    Operations
    ----> Team

    ignore arrow the editor kept moving the word "team" over.
