Warning: Swicki Users

Well I contact Google every week making sure my changes comply with their TOS because I'm so bloody lazy. Everything was fine but I had a rep say this

Just watch out. I had a porn image next to my ad. The images are results of google images search which are displayed next to the ads.

For now I've removed my pub-id from my Swicki sites and I have contacted the Swicki owners to help fix this

 

if you are looking for easy money u will get banned soon.

They clearly say in TOS NOT PORN stuff also since they also do not allow gambling sites, that images which might have related to poker or casino would be the same.

 

Dude, the issue is not porn. The issue is having images next to the ad. Pleas READ the topic

 

Well that's what in the reply you received by Google. Well there should be a border between the ad and image but i have seen soo many arcade sites using this methods for their ads. reply says nothing about not using ads by next to image, just have to let visitors to see that image is not a part of ad.

 

The [I so want to swear right here] issue is that the Swicki systems displays Google Image results next to the ads which is not allowed in the TOS of Google recently implied.

I think the problem is the API is pulling content from Google images with the safe mode turned off...don't know if it's possible to "turn on" since I don't know how the API works, but it seems simple enough to do.

 

Yea that and the fact the the images pulled are put right above the ads ...

 

Hey MilesB, how do you contact them?Which email? Because when I wrote to them asking them to review my sites, they simply told me that they wouldnt look at my pages and that I should read the TOS instead.

 

There you go and could you please email them about my issue, their script pulling images from image search and placing them next to google ads, the more people who email the more notice they take.
