    Do you have the data feeds available to feed into those tables?
    Do you have the store accounts to submit through?

    It'd take me more than half an hour but it's a relatively easy app for someone who can meet your budget.

    The admin is going to put the rates directly into the app?
    That doesn't make any sense. Surely you've got an admin system on a website that will be outputting a json feed of the latest rates that the app will be able to parse?
