I can't imagine a way to use a WP plugin on Blogger, but this is an interesting read: https://techearticle.com/yoast-seo-plugin-blogger/
I would recommend to migrate to WordPress, you will have a lot more expansion and control toward your blog. this is something interesting
You can use Yoast SEO with WordPress only. I recommend you to move to self hosted WordPress. It will self you to do the things easily.
Thanks for providing this link. I went to the site, copied the "yoast" code under the <head> section as sujested in the article. I had a problem in my blogger blog 'chukkiri.com'. While clicking on a post headline, that particular page is open as normal, but the header pane used to show "Facebook" along with the site icon (Favicon). After placing the 'yoast' code the problem has solved and the post title is showing properly instead of Facebook. I have explained the problem in this link:https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/is-it-a-facebook-infection.2867057/
Agreed, if you are looking to take blogging seriously and want the best SEO tools, plugins, performance, usability etc. I would highly recommend looking into moving over to WordPress. It will save you a ton of headaches!
Yoast is a search optimization plugin and exclusively available on the WordPress blogging platform. I was amazed to see how easy it makes the life of a blogger by optimizing the content. Just in case you want to know about the features offered by Yoast have a look here.
