To put a little more meaning behind this. Your design has 35 hashmarks on the top half of the circle. My territory is SE CT (New London County and Middlesex County) within these two counties there are 36 towns and we are located in East Lyme CT.

With that you could keep the 35 marks to represent the 35 other towns and make the image area represent East Lyme CT. -or- You could add an additional mark to make it represent all of the towns and change the image area to better represent SE CT -or- 36 hash marks and do something to represent That we will have four divisions.

 

thanks for your last round of submissions. This particular one is the closest of the bunch. I like the more complex’s building without taking over the logo. Maybe you can fine tune this a bit and try some different building elements.
