    I want to sell starter sites on Flippa but I don't know where to start. I listed a site recently but no one was interested, no bids at all.

    Please help me come up with ideas by sharing your ideas.

    I am not looking for a blog or a forum. I want a web app or a similar idea.

    Any suggestions would be much appreciated,

    Try something Like bizex or Bizbuysell. They have different businesses people posted on the site and other people buy them

    Seems like such a waste of time to be fixated on creating web sites to sell... You must have 0 faith in your ability to execute and make money with your website other than finding someone else to buy it from you...

    I don't think it be worth. Do think out of box rather than copying already build website. If you want to do so don't be generic at least add some regional touch to them.

    I doubt if someone would buy a clone of a social network without any real members.
    And if it has tons of real members, then why sell it for a few thousand dollars...

    Websites have no value without relevant traffic, and building real traffic takes a lot of effort. If you are good at building websites and gaining traffic why wouldn't you simply monetize the websites and create multiple sources of income?

    Yes. You can see that on Flippa. People are selling and buying turnkey websites that have no revenue or traffic. But they are sold for a little less than established websites with traffic and revenue.
    I love this business and would like to sell multiple templates on Flippa every week. I am working on a couple of templates now. I hope they sell.

    I'm sure they're selling turnkey websites but are there really enough people who think they can buy an insta clone and be successful?

    If there are, then go for it. People who haven't done their homework are sitting ducks.
