As per your previous design, I prefer both words to be of the same font and size.

This is quite nice.
Would be cool if the flag could be integrated a bit more to feel part of the logo, as it sort of just sits there at the moment.

I like the third one with the red backdrop, and even the runner that comes with it.
Be good to see the runner a bit larger - so that the top and bottom of the figure is in line with the top and bottom of the text.
