    Is there a KW tool for Bing which one can use to find long tail KWs that can be used in articles and rank websites on Bing page 1 by writing just content?

    Not specifically for bing, but any kw tool will give you long tail kws which you can write for.

    Yes, different search engines have different algos, but basics are same for all.
    Good title, (may be meta), and proper and informative content.
