Sooo, $1780 a month earnings claimed and you're willing to sell for $750, you think we're all stupid? Also try and tell me that both your bidders that signed up today aren't shills created by you.

Explain why you're selling it for $750 when you claim it makes $1780 a month, show some earnings proof, doctored screenshots won't cut it.

 

There is always reason to sell at low price if it earns higher Mr. Malky. My reason is that I am handling many sites and each one needs a lot of marketing to be done that is why I am letting this one go because of my time and tight budget.

And sorry forgot to answer you that I claimed $1,780 earning but selling for $750 is because when we cut all the expenses including marketing the Net profit is between $500 - $700 that is why I am selling it at this price

So, you are selling a BETA website meaning it is UNfinished, yet you do not PROMINENTLY display that fact? Sounds fishy to me.

Further, it has some problems, such as:

1) Slow loading
2) Clunky scrolling
3) Poor readability

All of which the buyer must fix, typical of a BETA website.

Being based in Indonesia may or may not be an issue, but should be noted in your ad.

All of that makes me question whether your numbers are valid and whether the site is worth what you are asking.

Finally, "Lifetime support?" Your lifetime or the lifetime of the buyer?

Regarding your questions yes you are right I should have displayed about Indonesia. About the revenue I was ready to have conference call with Malky to show him the data live but he himself did not want it. I was not selling anything fake. I knew what I was selling. The recent bidder clearly understood me and she checked all data 10 minutes ago via screen share and I closed deal with her.
