My Try

 

I like this design, but isn't exactly what I want. But it is good looks whimsical like for kids.

Still like the text, don't like the blocks.

 

I don't see the image on here, can you post it again?

 

UPDATE:

From designs, I don't think a character is what I'm looking for.

Keep the design focused around the ThemToys, if you make a character build it out of one of the letters in themtoys, and make the logo look fluid.

Right idea, I like the font, but I don't really like the present.
