    I have no issues with someone taking ideas from other logos out there, as long as they produce something that looks unique.

    In this case I don't think it's similar enough to be considered plagiarism. I think DianaGy's logo actually looks better than the example cited.

    Now if I find other logos that look exactly the same I will report the designer for sure. But based on the example above I don't think the case is strong enough.
