    Please can someone let me know what I have to do, thank you. I use Wordpress for my website.

    It wants you to add "noindex" to your meta tag like so (I copied the meta tag from your site):

    <meta name="robots" content="noindex, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1"/>

    The problem is it will instruct the search engines not to index / not to show the pages in search results. The question is do you want that?

    Your website is blocking to see page source or right click on image or contents means its completely protected by scripts ..... so i think there can be some scripts who are blocking bots or crawler to index your image and contents.

    noindex in meta tags means that you are telling search engines not to index the page.
