    Hello everyone, I am new and I am glad to be here; I would like to ask for your help

    regarding this tutorial, is fine and I like it because is simple, the action used helps to improve and save a lot of time, but, is there any tutorial, to learn how to do this manually...?

    • Open the image you have to like to use in Photoshop, and then open the Actions window.
    • To navigate to the Actions window, select Window > Actions or hold down Shift + F9.
    • Once you've opened the Actions window, select the image layer you want to apply this effect.
    I make different Effects Design and Ideas animation glitch effects. To glitch the image, open Effects and choose Echo, Phaser. After you've added the glitch effect, export the audio.
