HI, I have one doubt regarding payment for Indian users. Will google deduct any TAX when it is seding the payments? I have read one message after submitting the tax information saying that google will take 30% of money for tax according to US government law. Thanks, Krishna Srinivasan
Hi Friend, That is my doubt. I am posting this question to indian users who can share their experiance with me. I am new to adsense. Thanks, Krishna Srinivasan
Indian publisher don't need to give any tax information at Google adsense. That option is only for USA publishers.
I know that Google doesn't deduct any tax at source...but otherwise is adsense income taxxable for Indian users? I heard somewhere that if you get income in dollars from outside then its not taxable...is that true?
Google doesn't decide how much tax you pay and they don't deduct it. Most income is taxable if you declare it.
HI Sar, I am also thinking the same. Is it leagaly allowed are do we need to pay the tax according to the Indian law?. When we are receiving money like $100 or any smaller amount will not be an issue. But when we receive bulk amount from the foreign country something like $20000 per month, will indian government ask to pay the tax or .... if anyone know the laws related to foreign income like google adsense, please let us know in details. Thanks, Krishna Srinivasan
When ever ITR is filled up in India and you are earning from out of INDIA by any source you hve to tell why the money is coming and how is coming. The TAX rate is as same as normal income has. This rule is applied to noth individual and company.
The G uncle doesn’t deduct any tax for Indian publishers. They send earned amount check and then it’s your responsibility to pay tax.
As most of people answered above, Google doesn't deduct tax for Indian users (NO tax deduction at source - as happens in India mostly). Its up to you declare your earnings from Google and take care of your taxes.
Hi friend. Google doesn't deduct any tax, but Google pays you a check and that amount should definitely be added to a bank account. When you file ITR, you have to tell them how you received money. Then you will pay tax
I must agree with this post as I too experience this but no big deal as long as we earn money. Tax is part of our earning. Too bad it is not very transparent to us to let us know about it.
