    Use it for affiliate purpose. To give you example just like top 10 hosting, You can create something that help customer finds the best SEO company around the web. There are tons of websites with looking for affiliates. Just create the comparison like which company to select and add your affiliate links there. Do not make it like blog rather stick with the simple main page showing top 10 SEO companies with pros and cons and see the result. Hope this help!

    Depends on how much work you want to do on an ongoing basis.

    1. As vectors stated - You could review SEO companies and push the services they offer for an affiliate commission, etc.
    - Reviews of services
    - Coupon codes
    - Courses/classes
    -etc.

    Else,

    2. Build it out and start selling actual SEO services to clients.
    - Find some good SEO companies that offer "white label services" and have them do all the work.
    So if you are charging a client say $2500.00 a month for SEO and local listings, maps, etc. You are paying your SEO guys say $1500.00 a month for an ongoing profit of $1000.00 per month during the life of the client.

    Basically a Reseller. ;)

    3. Build it and Flip it

    If you don't have a good grasp on SEO you will be in for a haul trying to rank that domain as the term is very competitive and EMDs don't carry the weight they use to.
