Selling Huge football / soccer website with massive database for sale

SublimeFootball.com is a custom coded sports website. It's unfinished and unlaunched but has lots of potential. Comes with loads of content, .com domain and Twitter account.

The website focuses mainly on football transfers and speculation but provides so much more information and content.

It's based on one I ran a few years ago but on a different domain (footballtransfers.co.uk). It was then quite popular but unfortunately became neglected due to health problems and eventually closed.

In October last year, I wanted to revive the website and add various new features that I'd always wanted to add, like biographies, facts, quotes, top-rated teams, club-by-club transfer records, club-by-club managers guide, squads by number, stadiums guide, etc.

Why am I selling? Well with work and continuing health issues the website wasn't quite completed, like a re-design for example was never done, therefore the site was never launched and has been neglected for the last few months.

The website mainly runs on cached PHP pages via a SQL database and is updated by an administration area. Although there are some static pages.

The database contains 63176 football transfers, 50609 transfer rumours, 25839 people profiles like footballers, managers, etc, and 4149 football clubs.

The sale includes the SublimeFootball.com domain, which was registered in 2014 and was previously home to a popular football news website. It's registered at Namecheap.com with free push optional to the buyer's account.

Just to be clear, the website wasn't launched, therefore there's no traffic or revenue.

The website's code and database is sold 'as is' and the buyer will gain exclusive rights to the code, database and content, therefore won't be resold.

Also included in the sale is the Twitter account @transfer_rumour, which currently has 2,343 followers.

The buyer covers all fees, which includes Escrow and domain transfer (if required).
