Warning to SiteGround hosting customers

SiteGround will be completely removing Cpanel from ALL hosting accounts, both shared and cloud.

You will no longer have access to Cpanel and will be forced to use their "Site Tools" backend, which, in my opinion, is poorly designed. What used to take one click, now requires 3+ clicks through pages to accomplish the same thing.

They will be sending out emails soon telling you that they are removing Cpanel within X amount of days

Contact SiteGround and let them know you want to save Cpanel

I have siteground without cpanel and so far have no problem. But I admit I don't use anything apart from Filemanager and Backups.

+1 for DirectAdmin used cpanel for almost 20 years, but with the recent license fee increase I've cut bait and moved all accounts to DA.

Also same thing. Having 10k+ accounts. All moved to DA. Easier, nicer, friendlier support, cheaper (if you can say so having to pay for 10k+ accounts).
I dont understand why there is a word "warning" in the post title. Author wanted to warn us of what?
