Buying Intergrate UPS Rating API into PHP form

    Looking for someone who has programmed with UPS Rating API before. I have the files and documentation for you to integrate it into my clients website. Currently, the website takes payments via Paypal Payments Pro. You will need to create additional fields in the form for the user to enter his address and then have the API provide a shipping cost and add it to the total.

    You need to be familiar with
    - Programming URL or socket connections.
    - Encoding and decoding XML documents.
    - Strong PHP & MySQLi skills.
    - Implementing a strategy for handling errors in existing code.

    You will log your own hours and let me know how many it took and I expect you to be honest. If you are honest coder, lots of experience problem solving, I will hire you on many other future jobs.

    Post your experience details and your hourly rate. Payment comes when job is complete by Paypal. Job will start next week. It's not a rush job but my client would like to have it up and running by the end of next week.

    I have strong experience in PHP/MYSQLi etc but i do not have experience in UPS .... today i will look UPS ... also .... if you have got UPS professional then it is good else i will try for it ... it is not hard .
