2500 pounds is way too much money for a site that is garbage. Fix your site so that content does NOT overlay other content so we can really see what you are selling.
OK, you are selling a domain. However, when one goes to that domain and sees a 2500 pound price for what is obviously a horrible looking page, the visitor is going to leave and not buy. Either fix the page so it does not drive away potential buyers, or park it with a generic page and sell it from some other better looking page. The way it currently looks will drive away all potential buyers even if you only listed it for a single pound.

due diligence is important in any kind of trading situation. You need to know the results of the checks your customers are going to do so that you can be ready.
