Almost everyone should know that registerfly is almost criminal in how they work. I know a guy that paid them for 10,000 domain names they screwed him and took his money ...
more worse i got one of their "specials" e-mails few minutes ago they are good at sending marketing mails while no single reply for support e-mails
no... their entire renewal system was down for a month at least, and it sounds like other systems were down as well if you cannot even register the domain name... What's worse is that they KNOW their systems are screwed up and they are still taking on new customers and screwing them right from the get-go... I am willing to bet thousands to tens of thousands have had problems...
Registerfly support is worthless. Just try to access their online help or call them by phone. See for yourself, don't take my word.
well it sounds like we all know exactly what you are talking about thetruth lol... I will take your word for it as I have had to call them 10 times in the past month... when the support techs dont give me straight answers AI ask if I can talk to a higher up or at least give me more information and I'm sure they are told to work around us... they will brush you off. Bastards
The longest I was on hold was 1 hour and 43 minutes, I swear to god, my cell phone tells me how long the call is lol
personally ive only had 1 problem but i sent them a message got a reply and they sorted it, ive only had good things to say about them upto now
large companies like these should hire employees in large webmastering forums like DP to look after the customers complaints (just like Adsense Advisor) which reacted positively when he/she saw the thread about images beside ads and in few days we say a topic in adsense blog removing the doubt that's what i call an honest business
munt can you link us to any information from registerfly on that namepro forum, reguarding their renewal/registration system?
they have "RegFly" at www.webhostingtalk.com but he won't help much he asked me to mail someone that is not replying my e-mails trash
i suggest you register cheap domains and then fly.... I always buy cheap info domains in bulk and then immediatly transfer them to namecheap or directnic and that works fine But don't get hosting from them or you're screwed wouter
Depends who you transfer to. GoDaddy has a transfer fee ($6.95 I think) but they extend the expiration by a whole year.
