Is it just me or US rates are abnormally low?
I am talking about something like ~0.60. UK for comparison is easily above 1.
Looking a bit more into it they might be like this since late february.

Done. Well, do you want me to ask PayPal for you how many accounts they allow per person? :) Because PopAds default limit of withdrawal PayPal emails is 10.

I can see it was resolved. It won't happen again, as we have disabled the old anomaly detection system(all traffic is filtered in realtime now).

I need a sample IP of visitor who got ads not respecting the delay so I can compare serverside logs.

I can see it was already resolved.

Sorry for that, Wires will go out 2nd week of June(till now was unfortunately again extremely busy; next week we have holidays so banks are closed).

As expected. Google will collapse underneath its own greed. Right now Google is still growing, but the growth rate started slowing down.
Nothing can grow forever and I think that Google reached its peak a couple years ago already (notice there were no new big products for years) and was just going with momentum.
They are scared that investors will get unhappy so they are becoming ultimately greedy, trying to squeeze money as much as possible so those powerpoint presentations with charts look good.
About the Manifest V3 thing - they keep repeating how they work on it with the community. I guess they work with the same community that worked with Google on BetterAds standards? :D
They have decided that they need to screw adblocking on Chrome and they will do it. Their arguments how it helps speed(lol) and privacy(that's like total WTF) are such bullshit that I do not even know how to comment them.
I think the real reason is Youtube ads (which are not as easy to block and I suspect after the change it might not be possible to block them). Did you try watching Youtube without adblock recently? It is ridiculus. 10 minutes video can be cut 4 times, with ads that are unskippable for up to 20s. Honestly, watching normal TV with normal TV commercials feels refreshing comparing to this. And the "community" can cry as much as it wants, they do not give a crap about it. I am sure Google's investors community, the only one that matters, have already voted with all their hands and feet for this change :)

What does it mean for us? Well, the less people use Chrome, the weaker Google will be. I am all for that.

Rates are not amazing and not going to pretend they are great. Yet, they are not abnormally low comparing to the industry.
Please remember that our panel shows rate for raw traffic, so if 1 visitor opens 10 ads, the average CPM rate might be $0.60, but the actual CPM for the 1st ad could have been $3.00.

Also I wanted to update you regarding the BetterAds flagging, reviewing and blocking. Google has made a number of changes for the incoming 9th July global adblocking release, for example they have started reviewing websites from all countries and faking user agents a bit more.
On our side, these changes do not make much difference (in fact, some of them even help to detect them more easily, thanks g!) so if you are using only PopAds then you are safe.
Now the bad news is that I can no longer help other adnetworks with hiding from reviewers as I'd need to share data/technology that is too valuable. The only case I'd share it is if Google prevents me from doing business (like tagging popads as malware), as then I'd have nothing to lose.
There's a chance that some of adnetworks will figure it out, I do not know. What I can advise now is to avoid using multiple pop networks at the same time, so if your website gets flagged, you can know who's at fault (as I am sure all adnetworks will claim they can hide from reviewers :) ).

    Thank you!
I do hope that Chrome users will slowly start moving to Firefox, even if very slowly :)
I have to say they did make Firefox much nicer recently. I am just worried that most of Mozilla's money comes from Google...

    Hi @tomksoft
Is it okay to use publishers and advertisers on the same domain? My website is about shorten url and earn money. I only buy traffic for homepage, and put popads code for sell traffic only on ads counter page? Thank you

Coalition for better ads is just a bullshit to create monopoly in the market. Google is just trying to kill other ad networks. If you see their research then you will find that there is no mentioning of Pop-under ads. Everywhere they have just mentioned pop-up ads. I believe pop-under ads are far less annoying as compared to pop-up ads.

If they had problem with pop-up ads then why did they block pop-under ads ?

Actually when you see it in depth then you will find that Google has hit two targets with one shot.

    1. Fastest growing pop-under ads industry. I don't know why but i feel pop-under industry was hurting Google's revenue somehow. Or, it was looking at pop-under industry as a threat for its own business. Pop ads industry dominated in 2015 and 2016. It was growing at a menace pace at that time.

Most website owners who were not generating good revenue with banner ads were moving towards pop ads. Actually most of the video and downloading website owners were using them. Also, advertisers were finding pop-under ads better for advertising as they get a full window ad for cheaper prices.

You can see the effect of Google's ban on pop ads. There are many ad networks which closed because of its ban. Some of which are PopxXx, PopEarn etc. Now, at the moment only big fish have remained in the market and even they are struggling. They are launching different ad formats to overcome it. However, i appreciate the efforts of PopAds team for always trying new stuffs to keep themselves one step ahead of Google.

    2. Ad Blocker. This was the biggest problem of Google. Ad Blocker was blocking Google's ads everywhere whether they were banner ads or video ads on YouTube. It was hurting Google's revenue badly. I had heard some rumors that Google was paying some money to Ad Blocker to Bypass its ads. I don't know whether they were true or not but i heard them.

So, to overcome this issue completely now Google is going to disable all ad blockers from its own Chrome Browser. For this they have already started blocking other companies ads. Now, its a win win situation for Google. It will show its own ads and block ads of other ad networks. No one is going to stop them as they have the money power and we all have become dependent on Google.

YouTube video ads are most annoying ads as they auto-play for some seconds and then you have to skip ad to reach the actual content. Here you can see Google's hypocrisy, when they show auto playing video ads then these ads are fine and when URL shorteners show some 5 second interstitial ads then they are annoying.

Google can do whatever it want but what i believe is that if something is right then you cannot stop it. Pop Ads are one of the most innovative ad formats and nobody can kill it.

That's what I'm thinking. Google was really hurt that's why they're always interfering with small advertising companies. Google also finding its way to ruin those small websites revenue by disabling pop and even small banners and will email you to fix those things, that will also force you to remove all the ads just to pass that shitty google ad compliance thing. See how desperate they are? But they cant do it to bigger porn websites like pornhub and xvideos and I don't know why.

Exactly. Why lose money due to adblock if we can have our own adblock that blocks everything but our ads...
I am not sure if popups/popunders are innovative, I doubt they are the best. Yet they are, always have been and it is not for google to say if they are allowed or not.

Sorry, but that's comparing apples to oranges. Your reporting is most likely in different timezone than the withdrawal timestamp.

You have to contact Payoneer to unlink your old Payoneer account first.

Did you know that since April this year, Google has lost 20% of it's stock value? They are fueld by greed and panic while being led by a person who seems not to understand the IT world at all.
They focused so much on investors that they forgot what Google used to be and why it has reached its position.

Google has flagged pornhub or xvideos as containing abusive ad experience long long time ago. The thing is that they have manually overriden the "enforcing". These large porn websites are the only ones that have such situation (ie. flagged: yes; enforcing: no).
I think they are not enabling enforcing as they are worried that these big porn sites would block Chrome visitors resulting in drop of Chrome market share.

SO I am reading a lot about popads. Is it normal for you to suspend accounts right after they deposit money?

Perhaps your adblock is causing trouble? We do not have any server issues and code generator seems to be working fine.

Our system might automatically suspend accounts in case multiaccount is detected. So let's say that you had another account, deposited money, spent it and then charged it back. Your first account got suspended for, well, stealing money from us.
Then you open a new account and try to do the same - your new account will be automatically suspended.

I presume the person from the original post(by kanma, that seems to have been deleted) has a "friend" that he/she shares computer, IP address, phone number and PayPal email with :)

ah ok, I see, thank you for your fast reply.
I personally just opened an advertiser account and after I made a deposit you suspended my account also. then doing some searching there seemed to be a lot of comments about suspensions. I will wait to hear from you via my support ticket and hoping we can resolve any concerns you have about my new account and move forward with the biz of advertising.

Please PM me your username. Account suspension happens automatically only if the system is absolutely certain. Support will be unlikely to help you.
