    My physician does not have an app but the practice does have an online portal where you can set and confirm appointments, read his notes from visits, etc. You can also message him, if desired. It is convenient and I could see this becoming a mobile app in the future. On the other hand, if you are referring to using an app to replace a doctor visit/examination, I think that it is possible, but only for some basic maladies (e.g., a cold, etc.) You still need to be physically examined for most diseases, IMO.

    Sadly it's a spam thread, the banned poster in post#3 is a shill account of the OP, don't know why they think they can get away with this kind of nonsense, it's a blight on the forum.
