latest update - New approved Adsense placement

    Straight from google just a few minutes ago, here is the new approved adsense placement for all adsense from now on. Any other placemtent other than this new layout will result in getting banned.

    I think they blocked images next to ads cause they want to protect advertiser as well, and i think they are doing right think.
    I used images on my games site and people clicked and thought they were games and advertiser not get any benefit it was only me and google benefited.

    My ctr and earnings droped by 70% as well.

    LOL, what a click incentive. I think publishers would earn SO much more if they stated in bold not to click on the ads.

    i am not sure why they are doing all these!!! cause i am already using AdSense in many pages and now do they want me to re-check and re-design those pages??? and who is going to pay for that time and work??? i am not sure of this.. but i think more advertisement companies should come to play and create some kind of competition...

    You're right, generally when you tell people not to do something, curiosity gets the better of them and sure enough, they do it anyway.

    should I email google and ask them to review my placement :)

    Yea, just face account termination and we will all tag on :D
    I guess it would be against the TOS, as it is drawing attention to the ad.
