Hi, I was wondering if anybody could please assist with my query. Basically, my twitter account was suspended for copyright infringement and Twitter support offers nothing but automated emails getting me no further forward to restoring my account. They keep saying to ask the complainant to retract their DCMA complaint, however Twitter have withheld the notice, therefore I don't know who to contact! Any advice on how to save this account?...
Oh my, you broke posted so much material that you didn't have the rights to that you don't know which one complained? You might have to write off that account and start over.
I only posted 4 or 5 links to live premier league football. The warnings came through so fast that and a while after posting that I didn't have a chance to pause or think about that I was doing. Was really wanting to keep the account as it has so much history.
Go to the sites you linked to and explain. It was probably a bot that lodged the DCMA but you'll have to deal with people to get them lifted. That said, I've never heard of a site that complained about inbound links. I'm wondering if you downloaded the video/images and posted them instead.
Are you sure that twitter banned you for copywrite? They have various reasons, like spamming post, irrelevant post etc.
