    Anytime a user leaves to a new tab on my site with the popads code they get 10+ pops, (this is my testing) and it doesn't seem to put the cap of 180 seconds like I have, or the $1 min doesn't work.[​IMG]

    I can see it's been resolved already.

    Adcode was updated earlier today with fixed for a number of issues, including problems with DelayBetween and other reported issues.
    No need to change anything on your side.

    it just shows if you are logged into your popads account ... for me last update does work when I'm logged out ... it opens just one popup as I configured

    Again. Default Popunder does not respect DelayBetween option!

    Look, there is no good solution. If I make the code respect DelayBetween for default popunder, I will have people crying that popups are not being opened (that was the reason for implementation of Default Popunder).
    The idea of Default Popunder is only to show publisher that the code works and opens pops. That is why it is not respecting any limits.

    Right now, if you still believe that DelayBetween does not work, please do following:
    1. Ensure that you set DelayBetween in your adcode.
    2. Open multiple pops on your website that are not Default Popunders.
    3. PM me your IP address and I will verify serverside if the log of opened popunders on your IP reflects the DelayBetween or not.
    Any complaints related to DelayBetween that do not satisfy the procedure above will be ignored.

    Hello tomksoft, it is not a problem with IP or what the code is reading from our side (at cookie level, that is the trick).
    I tried changing cookie or masking them to look like a brand new visitor: no matter if I use a desktop client or a mobile client (both Chrome in my personal test), It will open as many pops as you set in the code completely ignoring 'delayBetween' parameter.
    I set 5 pops per unique IP with a delay of 40 seconds but It opened 5 pops on the first 5 pages in a row. There is a clear misconfiguration at ad-server level, we have no control on it, you should talk with your code developers.

    I am the code developer. You misunderstood me. I never said it is related to IP.
    I said that for a valid complaint, I need you to "get many ads in a row"(exceeding your DelayBetween setting) and give me your IP so I can verify if you really "got many ads in a row" according to our impression logs.
    If I see on our server side logs that your DelayBetween is set to let's say 600 (10 minutes) but in logs I can see a bunch of ads opened in a short period of time, then I will investigate further.
