It's a nice, simple website. A logo would probably help with bounce rate though. Any time I see sites like that I leave because it looks like a million other sites and doesn't offer anything authentic. That's the vibe that I get from your site as well.

    Here is what I see:

You NEED to fix your FONT issues and your CONTRAST issues by bringing them up to WCAG standards for legibility.

I think that people prefer reading tips about diet and health from experts in the field than from laypeople. In the "About Us" page, the description should reflect that credibility. Being an SEO expert has no importance in this area at all, therefore it should be left out. I think it is best to describe your great passion for learning everything about health, how you have accumulated a wealth of health knowledge over the years from the most up-to-date scientific/medical journals, and have been actively following them in your daily life. This info would give people a great reason to follow your blog.

Hello! What are your goals with this site? Do you want to just earn revenue from ad, or are you looking to connect with readers?
The articles seems to be written and organized neatly.
I think a site logo would look great in place of the large ad at the top. Honestly, when I visit websites looking for info, if the 1st thing I see is a huge ad, I leave.
If you have a facebook page, adding an icon for people to follow would be great too.

I agree. I would edit the about page if you are looking for followers. Also, the mention of some references wouldbe cool.

The site screams with insincerity - you claim to have a squad of trainers yet all the articles are by "Simon" and there are no bios of your trainers, no photos. The articles appear to be copied from somewhere and the site desperately needs someone to proofread it.

Great advice! It would definitely increase credibility to use personal photos of the staff and have them feature in articles.

I personally don't think the webmaster of the site is a bodybuilder because in the old "About Us" page (and his forum avatar), he said that he is an SEO, so I kind of took it for granted it is simply a curated website.

Maybe he can edit the about page and state it was created to provide info on xyz instead of personal trainers. I know as a consumer, I would look up the trainer before taking his advice.

Exactly, that was my advice in the beginning. I didn't think he was trying to sell anything through that website. It looked like a PBN commonly used by SEOs, which is fair game.

Many SEOs swear by PBNs, there are some high quality examples that pass off excellent backlink juice.

Private blog network - looking to sell guest posts and articles. If that were the case the OP should have stated that upfront instead of letting us assume he had a genuine interest in creating a quality fitness blog.

FWIW I wouldn't put ads on a PBN

I saw that one of the site's articles has a link to https://www.healthline.com/
I think the OP got the perfect blog model to emulate. That Health Line blog is a top example of what a credible health blog should look like.
