    Fireworks by the house. Probably on the early side since our 7 y.o. won't last past 10 pm. It's my birthday too, tomorrow we'll go to a restaurant that everyone in my family pretty much dislikes except me: Red Lobster.

    No resolutions. None. I am still trying to keep up with the ones I made 1-2 years ago. Nuff.

    I resolve to try more new and different chocolate confections than I did in 2018. It is an aggressive resolution but I am committed to making it happen!

    BTW, it was hilarious to watch the NYE celebrations in New York City this year as it was raining hard the whole evening. Funny to watch the celebrity announcers get wetter and wetter as they tried to keep talking and ignore the downpour.

    I was commenting to a few people that the celebrants in Times Square had to be in their holding pens (similar to cattle) by 12noon on NYE. How fun it must be to be penned up with a bunch of drunken adults in diapers. :)
